Yes i would recommend The Crucible to a friend because it was a really great play. Parris is the one that is mostly worried about himself because he thought there would be a riot in the town Salem. Abby had be worried the most about John Proctor because she was in love with him and when he had gaven up in the end of the play. She had felt bad and just left the town of Salem and took all of her uncle's money.

So why do you think it is a good play? I think it teaches us some lessons that we can apply to use.

I would recommend this lovely work to people, I enjoyed it. But the only reason I would not recommend it is because it feels rushed in parts, I don't know, maybe thats just me.

I think because it is a play and the story has to move a bit fast which makes you feel rush in some parts. I feel like that too.

Yes, I would. I think this story gives readers some good lessons. It shows how adultery ruins a relation between a couple. Because during Elizabeth Proctor, his wife, was sick, John Proctor had an affair with Abigail Williams and that broke Elizabeth's trust which is hard to be mended. Also, it shows how Abigail's want brings all the disasters in the story. She wants John to be hers and love her. She tried to kill Elizabeth hoping that she could be in her place by drinking a charm. Then, she accused other people of being withes just to conceal her crime. Many innocent people had to die because of her and her friends' false accusing. She accused Elizabeth of sending out spirit and stabbing her on the belly by using poppet that Mary Warren gave Elizabeth. Even wanting John so much, she denied all accusations he accused to help his friends and wife in the court and let him be hanged. So, I think she does not truely love him or she just loves herself more.

I would not recommend the crucible to a friend because its very very very boring and the story makes you feel like our ancestors are very stupid . In the story it was a crime to dance and have fun and our ancestors are stupid for believing the girls after the they are caught breaking the rules and dancing in the woods .

I would recommend The Crucible to a friend because its very dramatic and suspenseful. I liked this book quite a bit. In the book it talks about the fact that lying is bad and this could relate to today's time. Many kids don't understand that lying is a big deal. The book also preaches on ages in a relationship does matter.
